Is it come with fuel?
For safety reasons we can't ship it with fuel, but you can buy butane or lighter fluid (depending on the lighter), at your local hardware/camping store, or a local online retailer.
How can i fill my lighter?
Please contact us and we will send you a tutorial video of your exact lighter to fill it!
How can I adjust the flame?
It could be different in some lighters, but mostly you can adjust the flame by turning the wheel on the bottom of your lighter!
What's the lifetime of my lighter?
All of our lighters is refillable so if you treated it right it can work as long as you want!

What's the shipping time?
It depends on where you live. The maximum shipping time is 7 business days(if there is no problems). For more information read "Shipping Policy"!
Can I cancel my order?
Of course you can! If the product has not been shipped yet just contact us and we will cancel the order and refund the money!

We are shipping in most of the EU countries! If you see your country at checkout, then we can ship to you!
